Pros
- Vertical handshake-style shape intended for medium or large hands
- Built-in rechargeable battery with Type-C charging cable included
- Three selectable DPI levels
- Dedicated back and forward browser buttons
- Plug-and-play 2.4 GHz receiver stored beneath the mouse
Cons
- No Bluetooth or multi-device switching
- Likely too large for many small-handed users
- No listed customization software or advanced button mapping
- Windows 11 support is not explicitly stated in the supplied listing
Bottom line
The Lekvey Rechargeable Vertical Wireless Mouse is a sensible choice for medium- or large-handed shoppers who want to try a handshake-style grip without moving to a premium ergonomic mouse. Its rechargeable design, three sensitivity settings, and browser controls cover everyday office needs, but the USB-receiver connection and limited compatibility details make it less suitable for port-limited laptops.
Buy this if
- You spend much of the day browsing, working in documents, or handling routine office tasks.
- A conventional flat mouse leaves your forearm in an awkward position and you want to try a more neutral vertical grip.
- You have medium or large hands; the listing gives dimensions of 5.0 by 3.0 by 2.5 inches and recommends it for those hand sizes.
- You prefer a built-in rechargeable battery instead of replacing disposable batteries.
- Your computer has a compatible USB port available for the included 2.4 GHz receiver.
Skip if
- You have small hands or want a compact travel mouse; this model may feel bulky and harder to control.
- You need Bluetooth for a tablet, an ultraportable laptop, or easy switching between devices.
- You want extensive button remapping, productivity software, or gaming-focused tracking controls.
- You need confirmed Windows 11 support; the supplied listing names older Windows versions, Linux, and macOS but does not explicitly mention Windows 11.
Layout, noise, and how it connects
Input gear is chosen on three things spec sheets bury: how loud it is around other people, how much desk it eats, and how cleanly it pairs with the machines you actually use.
What this listing states
- Bluetooth — listedNo dongle to lose and no USB port used — the better choice on a port-starved laptop.
- 2.4GHz receiver — listedThe most reliable low-latency option, at the cost of one USB-A port.
- Rechargeable battery — listedOne less battery to buy, one more cable in the rotation. Replaceable AAs often run for months.
- Ergonomic shape — listedWorth considering if you already feel wrist or forearm strain by the end of a working day.
- Quiet switches — not listedThe difference between usable and unbearable in a shared room or on a video call.
- Mechanical switches — not listedBetter feel and durability, and typically louder unless the listing specifies silent switches.
- Number pad — not listedEssential for spreadsheet work, and the single biggest thing costing you desk width.
Match it to your desk and your day
- On calls often? Avoid clicky switches entirely — look for silent linear switches or a quality membrane board.
- Desk narrower than about four feet (120cm), or you use a wide mouse sweep? A 75% or tenkeyless layout buys back real room.
- Count your free USB-A ports before choosing a receiver model; modern thin laptops often have none.
- Switching between a laptop and a tablet all day? Multi-device pairing saves more time than any switch type.
- If you type all day, key height and wrist angle will matter more in a month than switch feel does today.

Performance & everyday use
The optical sensor offers three listed DPI levels: 800, 1200, and 1600. That range lets you choose slower cursor movement for more deliberate control or a faster setting for moving across a larger display. These are practical office settings, although the mouse is not presented as a high-performance gaming model and no polling-rate specification is provided.
Dedicated Page Back and Page Forward buttons are useful for web browsing and navigating folders. Their exact behavior can depend on the operating system and application, particularly on macOS, so buyers should not assume every secondary button will work identically everywhere.
Lekvey lists more than 150 hours of continuous use from the built-in battery. That is a manufacturer claim rather than an independently measured result; actual runtime will vary with use and charging habits. The included 2.4 GHz nano receiver provides plug-and-play operation without Bluetooth pairing or a required driver.
Build, comfort & setup
The tall shape rotates the hand into a handshake-style position instead of holding it flat. That can feel more natural for some users, but vertical mice require an adjustment period and are not universally more comfortable. The listing suggests allowing several days to adapt. Hand size, grip style, desk height, and forearm placement all affect the result.
Setup is straightforward: remove the receiver stored beneath the mouse, connect it to the computer, and switch on the mouse. A 150 cm Type-C charging cable and user manual are included. The listing describes the buttons as soundless, though shoppers seeking near-silent operation should remember that this is a listing designation, not a measured noise result.
Value & alternatives
This Lekvey model offers strong functional value for someone curious about vertical mice: it combines rechargeable operation, selectable sensitivity, browser buttons, and receiver storage without unnecessary software. Check Amazon for the current price and compare it with similarly shaped models.
A cheaper basic mouse may be preferable for occasional use or travel. A premium ergonomic alternative makes more sense if you need Bluetooth, multi-device switching, software customization, a choice of sizes, or stronger published compatibility information.
Verdict
The Lekvey is worth considering as an accessible vertical mouse for medium or large hands and conventional desktop work. Its core controls are useful, setup is simple, and recharging avoids disposable batteries. Buy it for straightforward single-computer use, but choose another model if Bluetooth, small-hand comfort, or advanced customization is important.
